When your looking for a new job there are too many factors to deal with. Location, requirements of the job, advancement opportunities, blah blah blah. Sometimes you leave where you are now to go somewhere else. The fear is you leave and then a few months later you realize that you shoulda stayed. Or if you don't leave you realize you should have.
