Inspection Phase

Talk about a helpful thing. I've heard of these being the dreaded thing of purchasing a place. My condo, being new, was pristine but not without minor flaws. The inspectors really know houses. Everything from systems to wiring to walls to corners to that little knob under the sink that you never knew what it was for. Definite confort level knowing he was checking things out. And a well laid out report of the findings.

And during it all the ideas for what goes where and what i need flow into the brain. However the pocket may need some filler. I'm too impatient but I can't wait to move in.
