Case of the Mondays Edition

Well it really wouldn't be a monday with out a rant and recap of the weekend that was...

First of all the weather really sucked. I mean really sucked. If it was any worse we'd be in England or Scotland. It was just ugly. Rain. Cold. Clouds. A definitely lacking in motivation weekend. It wasn't that bad for me. I like having a very low key weekend to catch up on reading or cleaning. But the weather didn't do much to motivate me at all. However I did see Carbon Leaf at a local club on Friday night and got to run into a few people I hadn't seen in a while. Do a little dancing and have some cocktails. (Thankfully not causing me to fall over or have a black out stroll down Congress Street in the middle of the night...) Good times.

Movie recommendation: The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy. A decent visual feast including a great opening dance number with dolphins that just has to be seen. You can check out the music sing a long. Sometimes genius just isn't enough.

Now about that woman who decided it would be best to just take off a few days before her wedding cause she had "cold feet". Being an adult normally means that you can discuss things with your signifigant other and make rational decisions. Creating a story to just cover your ass doesn't make for good decision making. She may have just given her fiancee all the info he needs to move on and away.
