Monday Musings
Monday. Grey. Cool. Yes the sea was angry that day my friends. Then again all of the weekend was the same with more rain involved. It did make for a very dreary weekend indeed. However sometimes a good weekend inside to reflect on things works in your favor.
Friday night Gregg P. and I went to see a U2 cover band called 2U. Get it? The symetry is amazing. Great cover band with a lead singer who has un uncanny resemblance to Bono. Great set list. I mean how can you not really get into a U2 show. Even if it's 2U. Either way I got a great buzz, lost my voice for a bit the next day, and Gregg got the digits from the red haired girl. Bastard. Hope she has friends.
Just wanted to make a comment about Saturday's basketball game with the Celtics and the Pacers. It was a game 7. GAME 7!!! No one showed up. Been better off just getting the Boston Bruins to play them. Give the hockey players something to do cause the Celtics sure didn't do shit...
And due to popular demand I have to let you all know that I am rejoining the work force. Part time. But rejoining it none the less. I'll be doing market research down in the old port. Calling people already signed up and getting some information. Things are starting to look up on that front. Now for a full time gig.
Like new music? Try out The Bravery, The Bravery. Kinda like Stellastar* and The Killers. Cool retro rock. Fun. Energetic.

Congrats L! You better not slack on the blogs though...my everyday entertainment from Maine!
Hugs, Kari
I hope you're willing to give props to AJ, that's right: Al Jefferson. Delonte West also had a pretty good game Saturday night. I liked seeing Perkins come off the bench too.
Let's start a petition to make certain they don't resign Walker and drive Pierce right out of town man.
Dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble…
That is, I want to drive Pierce out of town. I don't care if he goes on to be a Hall of Famer somewhere else. I can't stand to see him in a Celtics uniform anymore. I'd rather see him go succeed somewhere else.
I can not believe I'm still simmering about Game 7.
