No Arms Friday

I was going to post something about my blown out quad today. Something poetic about pain, sacrifice and perseverance in the eyes of my ultimate frisbee teammates. Something that would have to include ice, heat, and a bathtub. But then I realized nah. It's No Arms Friday. So I can't type. Even a blogger needs a day off.
